RS77 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through rs77.onl ("RS77", "the platform", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and RS77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. Creating an account is taken as acceptance. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms also constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all sections of RS77 including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, the Game Lobby, the VIP programme, the mobile app, and any other feature or service made available now or in the future.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

RS77 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and enforced without exception.

• By registering, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
• RS77 may require age verification documentation at any time — before or after withdrawal requests.
• If an account is found to belong to a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made will be returned subject to verification, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

3 Account Registration

Each person is entitled to register exactly one RS77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Doing so may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name as it appears on official identification documents.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify RS77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account registration is personal — accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to another person.
• RS77 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the information provided at registration at any time.

RS77 accounts are for personal, non-commercial use. Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform outside of normal human gameplay is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on RS77 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, standard bank cards and compatible mobile wallets.

• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your RS77 balance within a few minutes. Delays may occur during periods of high network traffic.
• RS77 does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may have their own charges.
• Do not attempt to deposit funds using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise compromised payment methods. This will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. RS77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a set threshold.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by your RS77 VIP tier. Standard accounts receive normal queue processing; Silver, Gold and Platinum members receive progressively faster processing.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• RS77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by reversal and re-deposit may be treated as bonus abuse and is prohibited under these Terms.

Withdrawal processing fees are not charged by RS77 for standard requests. Processing speeds and any applicable minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

RS77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be made against those funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers constitutes abuse and may result in all involved accounts being suspended.
• RS77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are not available to accounts that have self-excluded or have active deposit limits that would prevent normal platform use.

Where specific game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements (for example, if Slots contribute 100% and Live Casino contributes a lower percentage), these will be stated in the individual bonus Terms. If not stated, contact RS77 support for clarification before accepting.

7 VIP Programme

The RS77 VIP programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity and is calculated automatically. The programme is available to all account holders in good standing.

• VIP benefits including cashback percentages, withdrawal speeds and access to dedicated account managers are specific to each tier as published on the VIP page.
• RS77 reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, progression requirements or any aspect of the programme at any time.
• VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable between accounts.
• Accounts that breach these Terms may have their VIP status revoked without compensation.
• Cashback offers within the VIP programme may carry their own wagering requirements as stated in the applicable Terms at the time of issue.

8 Gameplay & Bets

All bets placed on RS77 — whether on Slots, Live Casino tables, Sports markets or any other game — are final once confirmed. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer, or sporting event result and are not subject to reversal except in the case of a verifiable technical error.

• If a game session disconnects after a bet is placed and confirmed, the result will be determined server-side and credited or debited accordingly when the connection is restored.
• In the event of a game displaying an incorrect result due to a software error, RS77 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• RS77 is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay — bets placed are final and the player accepts the inherent risk of gambling.

Sports Betting results are determined by the relevant sporting event outcome. RS77 follows standard industry practice for settlement of Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports markets. Dead heat rules, void bets and early settlement terms are published within the Sports Betting section.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on RS77 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so
• Using another person's account or payment details without their explicit consent
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, game mechanics or Sports Betting markets (match-fixing or arbitrage designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome)
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means
• Providing false identity documentation during verification
• Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit or interfere with RS77's technical systems
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RS77 staff or other users

RS77 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Enforcement decisions, including account suspension and balance forfeiture, are made at RS77's sole discretion where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

10 Responsible Gaming

RS77 takes player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of self-management tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within your account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a set amount of time playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

RS77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited activity
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months with no login activity)
• Account holder request for self-exclusion or closure

Where an account is closed following a breach of Terms, any balance held — including deposited funds and accumulated winnings — may be forfeited at RS77's discretion depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is due to inactivity and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the dormancy policy published in the cashier section.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact RS77 support. Requests for account closure are processed within a reasonable timeframe and remaining balances will be returned to the verified payment account on file subject to any pending verification or wagering requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

RS77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, RS77 makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the continued availability of any particular game or feature.

• RS77 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party payment provider delays.
• RS77 is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay, including bets placed, games selected, or stake amounts chosen.
• RS77 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• In any event, RS77's total liability to any player in any given claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

RS77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify active account holders via the platform's notification system or by email where a verified address is on file. However, it remains the player's responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the RS77 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through RS77 support.
